Final Trim Size: Magazine is 8 3/8" x 10 7/8", all bleed ads should allow for final trim and should be 8 3/8" x 10 7/8; with no live copy within 1/4" of the trim on all sides.

Printing Specifications: Stock: Coated Gloss Inks. Process inks only; No PMS inks. PMS colors will be process matched as closely as possible. Please note: variations in process color can occur, and the publisher is not responsible for these variations.

Files: QuarkXpress 3.3 or 4.1 files with laser proofs and all support files (pictures, logos) and fonts included or a print-optimized hi-res PDF. Payment Terms: Advertising to remit total payment net 15 days from Invoice.

Discounts and Commissions: Rate commissionable to recognized agencies on space, color and position charges only. Upon credit approval, payment is due from agency placed insertions within 15 days of proof of publication. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month will be added to account 30 days delinquent. Cost of collection of delinquent accounts will be charged additionally.

Advertising Acceptance: The Community Health Focus reserves the right to reject any advertising considered by publisher to be objectionable in subject, wording or appearance. Publisher may require proof of copyright material release.

Material Responsibility: Advertisers in the Community Health Focus are responsible for submission of materials (copy and artwork) by deadline. The last insertion will be run if material is not received in time. In all events, the client is liable for contracted space.

Ad Positioning: All ads are placed ROP at the discretion of the Publisher. There are no guaranteed positions except for premium positions. All premium position multiple month contracts are Grandfathered up to 60 days prior to last issue of contract.
