HMC Offers Exercise Program for Those Affected by Arthritis |

Henry Medical Center is offering a program that is designed specifically for people with arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program teaches gentle movements and activities to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength. Classes are taught by a certified instructor.
The eight-week class will be held two days a week from July 10-Sept 6, 11am-12noon in the Foundation Education Center. For more information and to register, call HMC’s Community Education Department at 770-389-2143.
