Southern Regional Celebrates National Nursing Week |

Southern Regional Health System will honor the many dedicated men and women in the nursing profession May 1-5, one week prior to the national calendar observance of National Nursing Week. The week set aside to honor nurses also falls within the same week as National Hospital and Healthcare Week (May 7-13), so SRHS has chosen to honor their nursing staff earlier.
The Nursing Week schedule of events includes a Nursing Expo, Annual Nurses of the Year Luncheon, “Lunch After Hours” for nursing professionals serving on evening and night shifts, Memorial Guest Lecture and “Talent Night” presented by SRHS Nurses.
