Southern Regional Health System will host the Southern Crescent’s largest health fair specifically targeting women. On Sat, May 12, 2007, the Women Connecting Women empowerment forum will take place at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, 8am-5pm. Proceeds will go towards the development of a new Breast Cancer Center on Hwy 138 at Spivey Station.
The highlight of the Forum is a luncheon and style show with special
guest speaker and timeless beauty Ms. Diahann Carroll, a television
sitcom trail blazer, cast member of the award winning program Grey’s
Anatomy and breast cancer survivor.
