Moms in Motion is an aquatic fitness program designed to prepare women for the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and after the baby is born. By developing stamina, increasing strength and restoring muscle tone, you’ll be able to handle the challenges of motherhood more easily.
Classes are held every Tues and Thurs, 5:45pm-6:45pm at World Gym, 1964 Hwy West 54 in Fayetteville. The cost is $26.00 for 4 weeks. For more information or to register, call HealthCall at (404/770) 541-1111.
